Class Descriptions

Athletic Cardio

Banging Body Kickboxing (60min) Develop new skills and a strong core as you burn a ton of calories in this fierce but fun kick-boxing class. Easy-to-follow combinations of upper-body strikes, lower-body strikes, blocks and athletic drills make up this killer cardio workout.

Bosu Curve (60 min) Get that swim suite body with this ridicules workout of abdominal and lower back that carves you a new core!

50/50 (60 min) This intermediate class starts off with strength training followed by 25 minutes of cardio exercise.

Punch Out Cardio (60 min) Are you frustrated? Need to hit something? Here is your opportunity without going to the big house. This Boxing class takes upper body cardio to the extreme. Boxers and wrestlers are the best conditioned athlete’s period. With this circuit, you will be able to have the stamina to go 12 rounds easy.

Mind and Body

Yoga Fusion (60 min) A combination of Tai-chi, Pilates & Power Yoga. Anyone at every level of fitness is welcome to join Choice Training Yoga Fusion Classes. We teach in a personable environment where one can feel safe without judgment or competition. Josafina’s Yoga class receives rave reviews!  She will challenge & improve the body's flexibility, resiliency, strength and balance!

Choreographed Cardio

Hip Hop Hustle (60 min) Hip Hop is expertly broken down in a way that people of all ages and all backgrounds can understand. Expect great music – Hip Hop, and other popular music. Formal dance wear not required loose athletic clothes recommended. Wear tennis shoes.

Cardio FUNK (60 min) The dance-based exercises of this full-body, cardiovascular workout are designed to get you the long, lean look of a dancer, while the welcoming, informal atmosphere will help you rediscover the fun to be found in just moving to music. Each class features a wide array of dance and music styles with Cristine's choreography! You Don't Have to Be a Dancer to Feel or Look Like One!

Belly Dance Fusion (60 min) This is for all levels (beginner to advanced). You do not need prior knowledge or training in dance or fitness to attend. Belly Dance Fusion Emphasis on abdominal muscles, hip moves, and chest moves. It is a dance fused with Latin fitness, and hip hop moves! Characterized by smooth, flowing, cardio pumping, and sensual movements of the torso, alternated with shaking and shimmy type moves! Prepare to have fun & burn lots of calories!

Zumba (60 min) Zumba can be described as well-known fitness routine influenced by Latin dance. The phrase "Zumba" comes from a Colombian term that means to move swiftly and have fun, which is just how most people describe the routine. Making use of upbeat Latin tunes along with cardio exercise, Zumba is aerobic dancing that's plenty of enjoyable and simple to understand.

Strength/Muscle Development

Cardio Core (60 min) Sculpt your midsection as you improve your body’s overall functional strength, balance and coordination. This class focuses on strength, movement and balance challenges through use of the body’s core muscles found in the inner and outer abdominal wall, oblique’s and low

Top Side (60 min) This is the total upper body shaping and sculpting workout you’ve been looking for.

Bottom Blast (60 min) Work your ass off literally. Targeting your butt, legs & thighs, we focus on the lower body using tubes, dumbbells, Bosu balls and steps.

Burn and Sculpt

Resistance Sculpting (60 min) This class will alternate intervals of intermediate, choreographed cardio with resistance band training.

Circuit Training (60 min) This session is set up to increase bone density, muscle mass, and endurance. Whether you're new to working out or a seasoned pro, this workout shouldn't be taken lightly. This program is recommended for everybody.

Rope Burn Quickie (30 min) 2mins of jump rope is equal to 8mins on the treadmill! Get in tip top shape with hard core jump rope drills in this 30min calorie blasting class. Bring your good shoes to this one.

Absolute Abs (30 min) We work the core and nothing but the core in this class. Nonstop action for the upper/lower abs, side obliques and the lower back! This class will get you swim suit ready or the go to wash board when the washing machine conk’s out.
