In this beginner pole Fitness class you'll learn fundamental moves of sexy dance, beginner pole spins and by the end of class you'll learn a mini choreographed routine leaving you wanting more!

This is your private time to practice on your own. You must have taken at least 4 Intro or level 1 classes with inside of the Kandy & Krome Room. This class has Minimal supervision. No inversions unless an instructor is present to supervise you or you have been inverting under Kandy Krome Fitness guidelines.
